Cole Curtis

Cole joined Verdad in 2016 to work on the Finance Team as an Associate – underwriting new deals, optimizing processes, and building relationships with capital partners. For several years, his main job was to capitalize Verdad’s development pipeline and see each closing across the finish line. In 2019, Cole became Verdad’s CFO expanding his duties into managing the Accounting, HR, and Finance teams. Cole serves as member of Verdad’s Investment Committee and shares responsibility with driving strategic initiatives. Cole grew up in San Antonio, went to Texas A&M, and now lives in Grapevine with his family.

FUN FACT:
Cole almost didn't take this job due to his deep fear of living in the burbs.
