PRINCIPAL

After a career in the retail industry, Jason founded Verdad in 2008. As the driving force behind Verdad’s unique vision, Jason has successfully established partnerships centered around trust and transparency. His personal approach and relentless problem-solving attitude has been adopted by his team and has set Verdad apart as an industry leader.

Joe Mann

PRINCIPAL

Joe brings almost 20 years of experience in retail brokerage and development. As a principal in the company, Joe focuses on guiding the Self-Storage and Finance Teams. Under Joe’s leadership, Verdad expanded from exclusively developing retail real estate to building the systems, processes, and team needed for a fully integrated Self-Storage development business.

Matt Zonker

PRINCIPAL

Matt Zonker has been an integral part of Verdad since 2010. He has helped shape the team and operations by establishing corporate policies and processes, allowing the business to grow and expand into new divisions. As a principal, he focuses on sourcing new business and works closely with our retail division to ensure client satisfaction and team success.
